The building will contain both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces including co-working spaces, lobby / lounges, gyms, dining areas, outdoor terrace and courtyard. These facilities will be available to all residents at no extra cost, regardless of tenure.
Due to the site’s exceptionally sustainable location and size constraints, the development is proposed to be principally car-free with provision for accessible parking and EV charge points. The site is within walking distance of public transport hubs, shopping facilities, leisure activities and employment opportunities, allowing residents to meet their daily needs on foot or by bike. Parking surveys are currently underway to assess local parking capacity.
