There is no exact start date at present, but construction is envisioned to begin in Q1 2027.

A construction period over two years, approximately Q1 2027 to Q2 2029 is envisioned.

This will be set out within a Construction Management Plan which will limit the times of the day that construction takes place and will ensure measures to minimise dust and noise.
